What is UA92?
University Academy 92 is a higher education institution co-founded by Manchester United’s Class of ‘92, including Gary and Phil Neville, Ryan Giggs, Nicky Butt, and Paul Scholes), Lancaster University, and a number of industry partners – including Microsoft, KPMG, Talk Talk, and Manchester United.
Why apply to UA92?
UA92 has a deliberately different approach to higher education . Throughout your degree, you’ll be provided with workplace experiences through UA92’s industry partners – but more than that, we have a strong emphasis on building skills that employers want through our integrated 92 Programme.
Our fixed timetable structure is a unique benefit of studying at UA92. You only take one module at a time, so you can really focus on what you’re studying. Every student is assigned either a morning (9am-1pm) or afternoon (2-6pm) timetable, which means you know exactly when you’ll need to be on campus.
UA92 don’t have the traditional end-of-year exams, either – instead, you’re assessed at the end of each six-week module, while it’s still all fresh in your mind. And when you graduate, you’ll be awarded a degree from Lancaster University.

Bring your ambition and curiosity, and UA92 will help you to reach your potential. We’re looking for students who are proactive and work hard, so if you’re hoping for the kind of university experience where you can hide at the back of the lecture hall, UA92 probably isn’t the place for you.

As well as September starts, we offer five other start dates throughout the year, including November, January, February, April and June, so you can start when you’re ready.
