Unifrog rises in the ranks of the Escape 100: the top purposeful organisations to work for in 2023

For the second year running, Unifrog is a winner in the Escape 100, making us one of the world’s top purposeful organisations to ‘escape’ to.
Not only did we make the list again, we shot up 20 places in the rankings – making us the 58th mission-led organisation to ‘escape’ to in 2023.
This year, Escape the City received 14,653 organisation nominations and 6,543 anonymous employee reviews, with each organisation judged on 172 data points.
Informed by our recent B Corp certification, alongside reviews from across the company, we’ve made the top 100 thanks to our inspiring mission, positive impact, and flexible working environment.
The Escape 100 campaign was started by Escape the City. While on their mission to help 1,000,000 quit their corporate jobs and find work that matters to them and the world, they began to wonder: what actually makes an organisation different, forward-thinking, and impactful?
Escape the City came up with a scoring system – Impact, People, Mission, Planet, Innovation, and B Corp – to rank companies. Using these scores alongside anonymous employee reviews, the 'Escape 100’ was born.
Earlier in 2023, Unifrog announced its B Corp status, in recognition of its sustainable and ethical working practices. These include sustainability-focused paid volunteering days for all staff; a Champion policy including Sustainability, Mental Health, and Diversity and Inclusion Champions; and contributions to carbon offset programmes.
