Unifrog recruitment process: TEAMS AT UNIFROG
Here's a summary of all the teams at Unifrog
Since Unifrog was founded in 2013, we’ve grown to a team of over 100 Unifroggers! You can explore our teams below:
UK Schools
The UK team is where it all began - the original team at Unifrog! We started working with our first partner schools and colleges back in 2013 and since then our offering and partner base has continuously evolved. We’re now working with over 3,000 UK schools and colleges, supporting the careers learning journey of their students. Our platform now supports our partners with their CEIAG, PSHE and Work Experience provision. The UK team itself is now made up of 30 people, all driven by our mission to level the playing field for young people.
Higher Education Partnerships
The HE Partnerships arm of Unifrog was launched in 2020. We now support 175+ universities with raising brand awareness, inspiring the next generation, and developing a talented and diverse pipeline of prospective applicants. We also connect universities with teachers, advisors, and international school counselors through the Unifrog online community and in-person events.
International Schools
The International team work with over 1,000 schools in more than 100 countries, from Thailand to Italy to Canada. We help schools to implement the Unifrog platform successfully, to support them with their careers and university guidance programmes for students aged 11 - 18.
Marketing
The Marketing team are responsible for marketing and events across all four Unifrog audiences: UK schools, international schools, employers, and universities. Our aim is to maximise brand awareness and promote our events to support the growth of all four of these partner bases and make sure existing partners are kept up to speed with all the latest developments to make the most of what Unifrog has to offer.
Data and Insights
The Data team’s goal is to inform every Unifrog decision with data. That includes decisions taken by our teammates, university and employer partners, and teachers and students who log into the Unifrog platform every day. Our team goal is ambitious and we need a diverse team working on a wide range of projects to help us reach it. We’re proud of our impact with data, covering everything from managing external data integrations to conducting exploratory research on student behaviour and outcomes.
Content
The Content team is dedicated to delivering engaging, high-quality resources that empower students with clear, accessible information on careers education and personal development. Whether we're creating guides, videos, animations, online courses or teaching resources, we aim to level the playing field by providing all our users with access to essential information. We aim to make our content fun, easy to understand, and never condescending.
People and Operations
The People and Operations team are responsible for recruiting, retaining and developing a happy, effective team. We support our excellent company culture by: trusting our team, removing blockers and encouraging autonomy; making an effort to understand everyone’s different wants and needs and using that information to tailor what we offer; and caring about each team member and creating processes that allow them to work at their best.
Finance
The Finance team are responsible for driving sustainable financial growth. We do that by optimizing cash flow, enhancing long-term profitability, and refining internal processes to support informed and proactive decision-making. We work closely with people across the team to do that, and we also work with our external accountants to inform our strategy.
Employer Partnerships
The Employer Partnerships team support employers in the UK with a unique opportunity to connect with 1.6 million students and thousands of careers leaders and teachers at our partner schools and colleges. Whether employers are looking to improve the diversity of their workforce or wanting to support disadvantaged students through their corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives, our tailored partnerships support employers to reach their early careers and EDI goals while also bringing engaging employer content to our audience of students in the UK.
