Unifrog recruitment process: REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS
Some examples of reasonable adjustments and how to request them
Please let us know about any reasonable adjustments you need to perform at your best.
Reasonable adjustments are changes an employer makes to remove or reduce a disadvantage related to someone's disability. They are specific to an individual person and the exact context, and they take into account if a proposed adjustment is practical and affordable to make.
Examples of reasonable adjustments you could request:
- Extended time
- Adjusting the type of task - for example, for someone hard of hearing, we can offer a written task or a short video interview instead of an interview over the phone
All our interviews are virtual, and take place on Zoom, which offers captioning.
If you are thinking of applying, or have already applied for a role with Unifrog and want to discuss any adjustments you might need, please email recruitment@unifrog.org.
