Please let us know about any reasonable adjustments you need to perform at your best.

Reasonable adjustments are changes an employer makes to remove or reduce a disadvantage related to someone's disability. They are specific to an individual person and the exact context, and they take into account if a proposed adjustment is practical and affordable to make. 

Examples of reasonable adjustments you could request:

• Extended time
• Adjusting the type of task - for example, for someone hard of hearing, we can offer a written task or a short video interview instead of an interview over the phone

All our interviews are virtual, and take place on Zoom, which offers captioning.
